Dave Berque Vice President for Academic Affairs
Dave holds a B.A. degree from Haverford College and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.听
Communications and Marketing
Sarah Steinkamp Vice President for Communications and Strategy and Chief of Staff
Sarah serves as the Chief of Staff to President White and vice president for communications and strategy.听 In her most recent role, Sarah worked with Dr. White at Washington University in St. Louis as the Assistant Dean for Educational and Strategic Initiatives.
Development and Alumni Engagement
Amy Kwas '93 Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement
Amy earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science at 富二代视频app in 1993 and a master's degree in Public Affairs, with a concentration in non-profit management from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.听
Amy served as the Vice President of Development at the Indianapolis Children's Museum for seven years. Prior to that, she spent twelve years as Executive Director of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Indiana Chapter.听听
Enrollment Management
Mary Beth Petrie Vice President for Enrollment Management
Mary Beth received her bachelor鈥檚 degree from St. Mary鈥檚 College in Notre Dame and earned an MBA from Butler University, where she worked as associate director of admission for eight years before heading to Lawrence in Appleton, Wisconsin, in 2012.
Finance and Administration
Andrea Young Vice President for Finance and Administration
Andrea earned a Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in math, with a minor in Italian, from Pennsylvania State University.听 As a professor, Young won several teaching awards; published many peer-reviewed articles; and was principal investigator for a National Science Foundation grant aimed at improving undergraduate STEM education.听
Institutional Equity
Dionne Jackson vice president for institutional equity
Dionne holds a master鈥檚 degree in education, with an emphasis on secondary leadership, from the University of Central Arkansas and a doctorate of education, with an emphasis on curriculum and instruction, from Baylor University.
Student Affairs
John Mark Day Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students
John Mark holds a doctorate in education from Vanderbilt University. He has two master鈥檚 degrees, one in media and communication with a focus on theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and the other in journalism from Texas Christian University.

Who we are:
The 富二代视频app University Cabinet serves as an advisory body to the President of the University, providing operational and strategic advising related to the performance of her duties and responsibilities as the chief executive officer of the University, appointed by the 富二代视频app University Board of Trustees to position the University for success. The Cabinet consists of the University's Vice Presidents, Executive Assistant to the President, Chief of Staff to the President and other members appointed at the discretion of the president. The Cabinet is the principal conduit of communication between the 富二代视频app Board of Trustees and the University and, with the President, is committed to sharing issues of importance with the campus community.听 听
What we do:
Toward guiding the university to achieve its mission and vision, the Cabinet meets on a regular basis to discuss issues of strategic importance to the institution, including though not limited to academics; financial, administrative and business affairs; student life; admissions and financial aid; marketing and communications; and, development and alumni engagement.听听
How we do it:
The Cabinet is committed to seeking wide input, with respect to university operations and strategic planning, through the Vice Presidents from each Division, university committees and faculty committees, other members of the university community, and to transparency in decision-making. The President and the members of the Cabinet work collaboratively with and are advised and informed by a variety of committees and councils including the chair of the faculty, THE FACULTY PRIORITIES AND GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE, THE STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE, THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL, THE STAFF ADVISORY COUNCIL AND THE DIVERSITY AND EQUITY COMMITTEE.听 At all times the Cabinet is guided by our university values and considers issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in its discussions, deliberations and decision-making practice.
